The apartment provides a comfortable stay for 2 people, but an extra bed or a baby cot can be requested if needed. Parking in front of or next to the apartment is completely free. It is located near beautiful tourist attractions, such as the Roman aqueduct stretching across Ayia Napa's greenest valley. You can admire this lush green scenery right from the spacious terrace. The Ayia Napa Tourist Office and the Thalassa Municipal Museum of the Sea are just a 5-minute walk away.

Limanaki Beach and the old harbor are just a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment, where you will find restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, a casino, an evening karaoke club, and elegant lounge bars. Walking a bit further, an amusement park awaits you in the evening, while water sports on the beaches guarantee endless fun during the day. The center of Ayia Napa can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The property is a 50-minute drive from Larnaca International Airport.

Your comfort is our priority, which is why the accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a hot/cold drinking water dispenser, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue grill, a sunshade, and a sun lounger.

We also provide 2 bicycles with the apartment, which you can use completely free of charge.

For a peaceful night's sleep, the apartment features double-glazed windows with mosquito nets and blackout blinds, a new cooling and heating air conditioning unit, a ceiling fan, and a thick, highly comfortable pocket spring mattress.
